A.   Approve the following meeting minutes

a. City Council Open Session Meeting of November 6, 2017.

B. Approval to pay invoices of previously budgeted expenses on November 21, 2017

C. Approval of disbursements in the amount of $144,977.77 on November 9, 2017 for payroll, inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions, and miscellaneous voluntary employee deductions.

H. PUBLIC HEARING

A. Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 11-20-2017 – A, authorizing the submittal of an application for up to $2,103,650.00 for general program administration and water and sewer main replacement” and authorizing the City Administrator to execute the grant agreement and all associated documents.

I. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consideration to introduce and waive the first reading of Ordinance No. 842 amending the Sonora Municipal Code Chapter 8.35 regarding Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and adding Chapter 8.36 Cannabis Business Regulation.

B. Consideration to approve a five-year agreement with Safariland Viewu for body camera equipment and support; and cloud storage services

C. Consideration to adopt Resolution NO. 11-20-2017-B granting a public utility easement at the Coffill parking lot to Pacific Gas and Electric Company for the installation of electrical service for 198 and 208 South Green Street.
