  1. Approve the following meeting minutes:

a. City Council Closed Session Meeting of August 19, 2019

b. City Council Open Session Meeting of August 19, 2019

2. Approval to pay invoices of previously budgeted expenses on September 17, 2019

3. Approval of disbursements in the amount of $135,268.14 on August 30, 2019 and $138,666.11 on September 13, 2019 for payroll, inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions and miscellaneous voluntary employee deductions

4. Readoption of Resolution No. 07-15-2019-A correcting the salary schedule for Management employees and City Administrator

    1. Consideration to introduce and waive the first reading of Ordinance No. 860 amending Chapter 17.32 of the Sonora Municipal code relating to Design Review/Historic Zone and Chapters 17.75, 17.66 and 17.70 regarding Demolition of Buildings, Administration and Enforcement and Penalty, respectively
    2. Consideration to introduce and waive the first reading of Ordinance No. 861 amending and replacing Chapter 5.06 of the Sonora Municipal code relating to Food Vendors (to be continued)

I NEW BUSINESS

2. Consideration to authorize the possession and consumption of alcohol on Linoberg Street as part of the Sonora Tap Room September 28th “End of Summer” tap takeover event

3 Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 09-16-2019-A approving the temporary closure of Washington Street (State Route 49) and certain other City streets on Friday, October 18th, for the Sonora High School Homecoming Parade

4 Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 09-16-2019-B to accept the Volunteer Firefighter Assistance grant and authorize the Fire Chief to execute the agreement and any related documents on behalf of the City

5 Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 09-16-2019-C acknowledging receipt of the Fire Chief’s report regarding annual inspections as required by Health and Safety Code sections 13146.2 and 13146.3 and measure of compliance

6 Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 09-16-2019-D providing Workers’ Compensation coverage for non-safety City volunteers through the Central San Joaquin Valley Risk Management Authority
