F. CONSENT CALENDAR
Items on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be voted on in one motion unless a Council member of member of the public has a question or wishes to discuss an item in that case, the item will be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately

1. Approval to pay invoices of previously budgeted expenses on March 5, 2019
2. Approval of disbursements in the amount of $143,375.27 on March 1, 2019 for payroll inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions, and miscellaneous voluntary employee deductions

G. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Consideration to waive the second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 855 amending Sections 17.04.284, 17.28.020 and 17.60.040: defining and allowing indoor storage facilities in the ML zone and by use permit in the C and CG zones

H. PUBLIC HEARING

1. None

I NEW BUSINESS 

1. Consideration to approve a Special Event Permit Application to allow closure of School Street for the Sonora High School Every 15 Minutes event

2. Consideration to approve the closure of Linoberg Street between Washington and Stewart Streets for one year as a trial period to allow its use as a pedestrian corridor and the installation of non-permanent improvements

3. Consideration to approve Resolution No. 03-04-2019-A, imposing a fifteen percent tax on gross receipts for any cannabis related business operating without a Development Agreement

4.  Consideration to accept the Fiscal Year 2018/19 Second Quarter Budget Report for the six-month period ending December 31, 2018
