                 NOTICE: THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER N-25-20, ISSUED BY CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM ON MARCH 12, 2020,                     THE RALPH M. BROWN ACT (CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54950, ET SEQ.), AND THE FEDERAL AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.          

             THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL. IN AN EFFORT TO CONTROL THE SPREAD OF COVID-19, THE CITY WILL IMPOSE SOCIAL                      DISTANCING MEASURES FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS PRESENT AND REQUIRE INDIVIDUALS TO MAINTAIN AT LEAST SIX FEET OF DISTANCE FROM OTHERS PRESENT.                                 ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ACCESS TO THE MEETING MAY BE NECESSARY AS CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE. ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AT HIGHER RISK FOR SEVERE ILLNESS                      FROM  COVID-19 ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO CONSIDER SUCH ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ACCESS.

1. Approval of disbursements in the amount of $142,774.58 for payroll, inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions and miscellaneous voluntary employee deductions

I. NEW BUSINESS

1. Adopt Resolution 03-16-2020-A Ratifying a Proclamation of a local State of Emergency in the City of Sonora due to the Serious public health threat of COVID-19 (Cprpmavoris)
2.  Accept the 2019 General Plan Update
3. Authorize the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages, limited to beer and wine in Coffill Park between the hours of 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. on June 13, July 11, August 8,             September 12 and October 10, 2020, to accommodate the Sonora Chamber of Commerce’s Second Saturday Concert Series.
4.Approve a modification to the Schedule of Benefits in the Employment Agreement for the City administrator, Mary Rose Rutikanga, and authorise the Mayor to execute the                        Amendment on behalf of the City.
