•  Approval to pay invoices of previously budgeted expenses on July 2, 2019
• Approval of disbursements in the amount of $135,149.86 on June 21, 2019 for payroll, inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions, and miscellaneous voluntary employee deductions

2. Consideration to adopt Resolution No.  07-01-2019- A amending the Land Use Designation for the following properties:

• Consideration to introduce Ordinance No. 856 rezoning the following properties:
• Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 056-640- 26, 27, 28, & 29, from Limited Manufacturing (ML) to General Commercial (CG) and 056-650-16 from General Commercial (CG) to Limited Manufacturing (ML)
• Consideration to introduce Ordinance No. 857 amending Title 17, Zoning Ordinance Chapters 17.22, Tourist and Administrative Zone (CO), 17.24, Commercial Zone (C), 17.26, General Commercial Zone (CG), and 17.60, Uses permitted by Use Permit allowing additional retail uses in the CO zone and establishing consistency of permitted and conditional uses between the C and CG zone districts
• NEW BUSINESS
• Consideration to approve a Second Amendment to the Amended Joint Powers Agreement of the Tuolumne County Economic Development Authority regarding members, meetings, quorum and approvals
• Consideration to adopt Resolution No.  07-01-2019-B increasing Planning, Zoning and Development Fees to recover costs for services
