          The public may address the Council on any item of public interest not otherwise on the agenda  hat is within the jurisdiction of the City.  No action may be taken.  Matters to be addressed may be referred to City Staff or placed on a subsequent meeting Agenda.  Speakers are limited to a five (5) minute presentation

           Items on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be voted on in one motion unless a Council member or member of the public has a question or wishes to discuss an        item. In that case, the item will be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately.

1. Approve the following meeting minutes:

a. City Council Open Session Meeting of March 18, 2019

b. Approval to pay invoices of previously budgeted expenses on April 2, 2019

2.  Approval of disbursements in the amount of $149,492.06 on March 29, 2019 for payroll, inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions,       and miscellaneous voluntary employee deductions

  1. Consideration to approve a request from the Tap Room to allow the possession and consumption of alcohol (beer and wine) on Linoberg Street during their 2nd Anniversary party on Saturday, April 13, 2019

 

  1. Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 04-01-2019-A, authorizing the closure of State Route 49 (Washington Street and Stockton Road) and other City streets for the Mother Lode Round-Up Parade and Rodeo on May 11 and 12, 2019

 

  1. Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 04-01-2019-B, authorizing the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the street closure area of the Mother Lode Round-Up Parade on May 11, 2019

 

  1. Consideration of and possible direction to staff regarding the sixty-five percent plans for the Red Church Pedestrian and Circulation Project for pedestrian and vehicular circulation improvements at the Snell, Washington and Elkin Streets intersection
