The City has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Residential and Commercial Refuse
Service Collectors. The recommended Collector will perform collection, management, and disposal of
residential and commercial solid waste, recycling, and green waste within the city limits with the option
of constructing a city-owned transfer facility within City limits, if deemed necessary by the City.
Qualified
Collectors are encouraged to submit a Proposal by the submission deadline: August 11, 2025,
by 5:00 PM.
